The Dales : Sheep Sylvanian family

The Sylvanian Sheep family was released in 2006 and has seven different members : Ewan Dale (Father), Barara Dale (Mother), Winton Dale (Brother), Iona Dale (Sister), Emma Dale (Baby Sister), Sean & Shona (Baby Twins).

Father Ewan Dale is in charge of the Sylvanian orchards where he keeps the grass short and the place very tidy.  He is very proud of his crisp, crunchy Cox's pippins and Victoria plums however he has no time at all for most of the modern fruit varieties.

Mother Barbara Dale is the 'real' expert when it comes to fruit trees.  Her busiest times of the year are late autumn and early spring.  She works the orchard, pruning and re-shaping all the fruit tress and checking for any problems, often very late into the evening.

Brother Winton Dale loves to help his mother and father in the orchard.  His favourite job is looking after the bonfire, however before he can do this he has to rake up all the fallen leaves and twigs.   He finds this job particularly boring and doesn't really enjoy it, however he is always very thorough as he knows that the more he collects the bigger the bonfire will be!

Sister Iona Dale who has the very important job of collecting and sorting all the different types of fruit.  She much prefers this part-time job than going to school as she can chew chewing gum to her heart's content, without any teacher telling her that it isn't allowed!
