Payment is requested before orders are dispatched
Payment can be made via electronic means or by telephone
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs Monday to Friday
Orders should be delivered within 1-5 days please contact us if not
Customers have the right to cancel orders within 7 days upon receipt
Return postage is not covered on returned orders
Orders need to be returned as new and in a re-saleable condition.
