Kidstoys4u Postage Deal
We're offering a one off postage charge of just £6 for as many kids toys as you order.
We use Royal Mail to deliver most of our items which cover all UK addresses however for heavier items or bulk orders we use a courier Interlink Express however unfortunately our courier are unable to deliver to the following locations : Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or any other UK offshore locations
If you do live in any of these places you can email us requesting a delivery cost or we will contact you after purchase.
It is our aim to ship all orders made after 9am the next working day (Mon-Fri) following receipt.
Your goods should reach you within 2-3 working days of your order being placed following dispatch, if you do not receive your good within 5days please contact us.
Consignments despatched using our couriers next day service and may be delivered between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm you will receive email confirmation of the delivery tracking details. Interlink Express have just introduced a new service where they will email or SMS text you a 1 hour window of when they expect to deliver.
Unfortunately it is not possible to specify an am or pm delivery time.
If nobody is available to accept the 1st delivery attempt our courier may either leave the consignment with a neighbour or leave a calling card giving you the opportunity to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
If you do not arrange for a redelivery after the 1st attempt they will hold the items at their depot for 6-7 days for customer collection. After the 5-7 days items will be returned back to us at a rate of £12.75.
Choose An Alternative Delivery Address
If you may be unavailable to accept delivery please consider having your order delivered to your workplace, to a friend or relative. To do this simply fill in the shipping address boxes.
Shipping Costs
Each item has it's own delivery cost according to weight and size.
However if your ordering multiple items and having them all delivered to the same UK Mainland address you can take advantage of a one of delivery charge of just £6.00.
Shipping costs are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is processed you will receive conformation via email.
Included in the email will be a consignment number if your item is sent via our courier which you can use to track your items at Interlink Express Couriers.
