Most of the Revell model kits don't include the paints & glue.  However they are starting to supply kits with basic paints, paint brush & cutters included.  These kits are great starter sets for anyone begining a modelling hobby. If tyher paints aren't included in the box the model will have a list of recommended paints needed to be able to complete the model to the highest standard.
